St. Lucia 2006
My first trip to the Caribbean took me to the island of St. Lucia. It's a beautiful, mountainous island with some of the friendliest people I have ever met. While tie diving off this island is not as good as Palau was, it was still interesting to see the abundance of sea life and plants. However, I was told that man has affected the sea life, and it is not as good as it was in the past.

On St. Lucia there are 2 prominent peaks next to each other, Petite Piton and Gros Piton. Great diving between the 2 of them.

On our arrival to the Carribean Island of St. Lucia, I saw this gecko sitting on a tree. When he saw me, he puffed up his throat as I snapped the photo.
